The (no strangers allowed) social marketplace.

KliqueShare, is for buying, selling, renting and sharing your used items, exclusively with your friends (the people you already know and trust) — your klique!

KliqueShare’s main features allow you to:

- Request items you are in need of borrowing, renting or buying (from friends)
- Catalog items you are willing to lend, rent or sell (to friends)
- Keep photo and written record of items you exchange (with friends)

REQUESTS

Need a dress to wear to a wedding you’re attending this weekend?  Friends are crashing at your place and you need an air mattress?  You’re going to a themed party and need a costume? #UGH!

We get it, you don’t want to spend your hard earned money on something you will only use once or twice, you don’t have the time to go shopping, you can’t find what you need in a store and lastly you don’t want to hassle buying from a stranger (oftentimes scammers) using your average “community” marketplace apps ***cough, cough — insert all the craigslist-types out there).

With KliqueShare, saving your time, money and safety is easy – just create a request for the item you need by including an image, description and other relevant info like date needed, your interest in either borrowing, renting or buying and price you are willing to pay. Tag friends you want to send your request to and wait for your friends to #SAVEtheDAY! 

KLOSET

By listing items in your Kloset, you have the opportunity of making profits off of items you own while helping a friend who might need what you already have. 

For example, making last weekends unnecessary bag purchase (which you "had-to-have/totally love/can’t live without”), suddenly becomes guilt-free when you know you can make up some of that money spent by renting out that same item to your friends .  If you liked the item so much that you had to buy it, we are betting that your friends will like to use it just as much ;)

If you aren’t looking for anything in particular, you can browse through your friend’s “Klosets”, all items which your friends are happy to either share, rent or sell. 

Your Kloset, as with all other features, are only visible and accessible to your friends on the app. 

RECORDS

You can easily create records of items exchanged. (Think of these records as receipts you get when buying at a store, but just more dynamic versions.)  Important info can be recorded, and referred back to, such as who has what item, date exchanged, expected return date, date returned, amount paid and any other notes you feel are important. 

The corresponding friend needs to confirm the record so that both parties are on the same page in regards to what was recorded. (None of this he-said-she-said shenanigans.)

The goal of this feature is to eliminate any potential drama or confusion that arises between friends about shared items.  When it comes to sharing your belonging with friends, think of us as the (oh so necessary) item mediator/referee.

KLIQUES

We realize that it wouldn’t be efficient to ask your girlfriends from your hometown for something you need while you’re away at school 3,000 miles away from home.  Because of this, we have created the concept of creating "kliques” or (groupings of friends) so that you can send requests to only the friends that are willing and able to help with that specific request. 

FRIENDS

KliqueShare is all about friends.  You need to make friends with whom to interact.  There are several places within that app that you will need or want to tag some or all of your friends, for example, to send them Requests or to notify them of new items in your Kloset.
